1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LaunchUrSite, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Description of Services
LaunchUrSite is a website building platform that lets you create, edit, and publish websites using AI. Our services include AI text generation, AI image generation, website hosting, domain management, and related tools. We aim to keep the platform available at all times but don't guarantee uninterrupted access.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to use our services.
4. Payment and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated. You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis. Refunds are available within the money-back guarantee period specified for your plan.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content you create using our platform. However, you grant Spencer Solutions Web Design Ltd a licence to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide our services. AI-generated content is provided for your use but may not be unique. You must not use our platform to create content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
6. Domain Registration
When you purchase a domain through LaunchUrSite, the domain is registered on your behalf by Spencer Solutions Web Design Ltd through our registrar partner. You have full usage rights to the domain for the duration of its registration. Domains are set to auto-renew by default. If you delete your site, auto-renewal will be cancelled and the domain will remain active until its expiry date but will not renew. Domain transfers to external registrars are available upon request by contacting support. We do not guarantee the availability of any domain name and are not responsible for disputes arising from domain registration.
7. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your websites will be taken offline and your data will be deleted. Please download any assets or content you wish to keep before deleting your site, as deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spencer Solutions Web Design Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
