Please allow 2 working days for repeat prescription requests. Order via the NHS App, Patient Access, or drop a written request into reception.
Results are typically available within 5 to 7 working days. You can check via Patient Access or call our results line after 2pm.
Your GP can refer you to a specialist via the NHS e-Referral Service. You'll receive a letter within 10 working days.
You are always welcome to bring a chaperone to any consultation. Please let reception know in advance.
We offer free telephone and in-person interpretation services in all major languages. Please request at the time of booking.
Our surgery is fully wheelchair accessible with a hearing loop at reception and accessible toilet facilities.
